RelaDyne is the largest lubricant sales, distribution, and equipment reliability service provider in North America, serving more than 20,000 customers across 45 states and 22 countries. In 2025, the company’s aggressive growth strategy led to the acquisition of 4+ major entities, which introduced a complex operational hurdle: integrating disparate legacy systems and safety cultures into a single, unified standard.

Before Samsara, RelaDyne’s dash cam footage was limited to outside the cab, and often wasn’t available for hours or days after an incident. This lack of real-time visibility made it difficult to inform unbiased coaching conversations or exonerate drivers from not-at-fault accidents. With data trapped in silos across different branches and acquired entities, it was challenging to identify leading risk indicators or standardize the "RelaDyne Way" across a fleet now traveling 19.8 million miles annually.
