Integration Highlights with Samsara:

• ELD Data Synchronization: Integrate Samsara's Hours of Service (HOS), vehicle location, and trip data into the TMS platform to provide real-time visibility into driver availability and compliance.
• Real-Time Dispatching: Leverage Samsara’s GPS data to enhance load assignment decisions, optimize routing, and monitor driver progress.
• Driver Safety & Compliance: Utilize Samsara's safety data (e.g. harsh events, violations) for better driver scorecards, compliance tracking, and coaching programs.
• Automated Billing & Payroll: Merge Samsara trip logs with internal assignment and load data to verify mileage, time on duty, and automate driver pay calculations and customer invoicing.
• Document Workflow Integration: Provide carriers and drivers a unified interface where they can view load details, upload documents (e.g. BOL, POD), and manage job status, with Samsara data enriching the operational workflow.
• Scalable Carrier Dashboard: The carrier dashboard aggregates Samsara telematics with load and financial data to provide a unified control center for dispatch, compliance, and financial oversight.
