EKOS

Odometer readings will flow seamlessly from Samsara into EKOS where they will be used to update transactions and maintenance programs in the EKOS Fleet Maintenance Module. Eliminate the need for driver manual entry at the time of fueling by integrating your Samsara GPS data into EKOS.

Use Case 1: Vehicle Telematic Data Import

Data Sent/Received: Receives telematic data from Samsara including odometer readings (obdOdometerMeters), diagnostic fault codes (faultCodes), engine states (engineStates), and engine runtime hours (obdEngineSeconds).

Frequency: Twice an hour

Use Case 2: Fuel Transaction Export

Data Sent/Received: Sends fuel transaction data to Samsara.

Frequency: Daily

Use Case 3: Vehicle Enrollment Management

Data Sent/Received: Sends VIN lookups to Samsara to retrieve vehicle IDs for enrollment. Receives vehicle ID mappings from Samsara API.

Frequency: On-demand during vehicle enrollment
