This year for Customer Service Appreciation Week, we are taking time to recognize the impactful work of Samsara Support employees that serve our customers and to extend a happy Customer Service Appreciation Week to all of our Support and Customer Service peers across the globe!

Our Support team is made up of problem-solvers who are passionate about customer experience and provide industry-leading service. Committed to solving our customers' queries quickly, efficiently, and knowledgeably, Samsara Support team members use every interaction to build trust and provide solutions that will serve our customers long-term.

Our Support team is available to help 24/7 and addresses a wide range of issues for our customers. We help deploy Samsara’s product offerings and assist in maximizing ROI by providing effective solutions, trusted advice, and best practices. With our support, we help reduce costs, improve operating efficiency, increase safety, and drive sustainability efforts.

In addition to being a representative of Samsara for our customers, our Support team also represents the voice of customers within Samsara. Our team members talk to our customers daily, listen to their feedback, and surface critical insights to improve our offerings based on their experience. 

Impact in Numbers

Our tens of thousands of customers operate in industries from logistics to construction, food and beverage, utilities, local government, and more – accounting for 40% of the world’s GDP, a significant chunk of the global economy that is largely underserved by modern technology. They rely on Samsara to help keep their business running and the daily impact of our Support team is crucial. The numbers speak for themselves; in this past year, our Support team has:

  • Spent ~17,000 hours speaking with our growing customer base of tens of thousands of customers;

  • Handled 50,000+ email queries a month; and

  • Grown to include hundreds of team members across 7 hub locations.
