Subscribe nowEvery day, the people running physical operations are asked to do more with less. More drivers to manage, more compliance demands, more cost pressure, and less margin for error, downtime or accidents. The gap between what's possible and what's actually happening on the ground has never been more visible.
At Beyond 2026, Samsara unveiled dozens of new AI capabilities for physical operations leaders and frontline workers. Leveraging its unrivalled data scale, these capabilities address the three outcomes that matter most to operations leaders: reducing risk, increasing efficiency and digitally transforming how their businesses run.
Last year, Samsara customers prevented 380,000 accidents. The innovations we're announcing today are built to push that number further by helping organisations see, understand and act on risk before it becomes an incident.
AI Multi-Cam
New edge AI detections – Vehicle in Blind Spot and Rear Collision Warning – alert drivers to the hazards most likely to cause collisions in real time. Wireless Link automatically connects tractor-trailer cameras without any driver input. Bird's Eye View stitches camera feeds into a single top-down view for tight, crowded spaces.
360 Camera for operated equipment
The new 360 Camera is a single-mount, all-weather unit built for operator-controlled equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. A complete 360-degree view of the operator's hands, feet and surroundings and interactive pan and zoom features mean managers get a clear picture of incidents, closing the visibility gap on non-road assets.
Coaching Priority
Samsara's proprietary model for identifying and prioritising coaching opportunities across your fleet, and the only solution of its kind available today. Coaching Priority continuously evaluates 45+ risk factors and benchmarks from your fleet using AI trained on data from thousands of crashes annually across the Samsara Network. Thanks to this scale, AI can identify patterns and trends with unmatched accuracy, giving you a single, actionable view of where to focus your coaching efforts and make the greatest impact across your organisation.
Ride-alongs
A continuous, AI-powered alternative to in-person evaluations. Samsara conducts AI-powered ride-alongs that assess every driver against our proprietary 22-factor standard, the Samsara Safety Assessment Standard™. They get a continuous view of how each driver actually operates over time, at a scale that’s difficult to achieve with manual, in-person manager evaluations.
Reimagined driver experience
New in-cab features turn the dash cam into an active, two-way communication system. Automatic voice assignment, personalised start-of-shift briefings, hands-free messaging and acute risk intervention give every driver consistent coaching and support on every shift.

Every operation has efficiency leaks that compound into serious cost before anyone can act on them. Samsara's latest innovations are built to surface these costs before they land.
Connected Maintenance
Samsara introduces AI capabilities that help predict, prevent and automate maintenance tasks from the workshop floor to the back office. As part of Connected Maintenance, Samsara now provides agentic capabilities to manage warranty claims submissions. We can help you recover significant warranty value that most operations write off, generating OEM-specific compliance checklists and drafting claims the moment a work order closes. Enhanced Fault Insights is designed to flag vehicles likely to fail before a breakdown grounds a vehicle by analysing patterns across fleets. Shop Planner gives managers a real-time, prioritised view of every asset requiring attention, ranked by urgency from daily walkaround checks, overdue PMs, fault codes and predictive alerts, with any flagged asset turning into a work order in a few clicks. PO Automation monitors inventory levels and surfaces reorder suggestions to help reduce the stockouts that leave vehicles waiting for parts.
Commercial Navigation
Samsara Commercial Navigation offers two new updates that extend its value to your fleet. Dispatch can now add new stops live, directly into the driver's active route. The plan updates in real time, reducing the need for the phone-call handoff that creates misalignment and delay across hundreds of routes a day. Android Auto extends Samsara's in-dash navigation to Android devices, joining the Apple CarPlay support already in place. Now, more fleets can add truck-safe navigation directly into their current in-cab setup, making it easier for driver adoption.

AI is at the core of the Samsara platform, and we announced new capabilities to help operations teams eliminate time-consuming tasks so teams can focus on work that matters.
Agent Studio and pre-built workflows
For years, Samsara has helped operations teams see and understand what's happening across their fleet. Now, with agentic AI woven across the platform, it helps act on their behalf. These capabilities can be configured to autonomously conduct ride-alongs, deliver start-of-shift briefings or manage warranty claims.
Samsara’s pre-built workflows cover the most common operational tasks. Agent Studio is where customers control their entire AI footprint: turn capabilities on or off, set permissions, monitor usage and configure settings. It's also where they build. Agent Studio gives customers the ability to build custom agents from scratch or start from one of 15+ pre-built templates; no developer support required.
Tracking Label, Shipment Center and the Shipment App
When freight leaves a warehouse, shippers of high-value and time-sensitive goods can only track its location through arrival and departure scans that may be days apart. Between those scans, there's no location visibility: cargo can be stolen, delayed or misrouted before anyone knows it's happening. The Samsara Tracking Label provides continuous near real-time location visibility from origin to delivery, without requiring carrier cooperation, additional hardware or extra scans. Powered by the Samsara Network, Tracking Label is a paper-thin, single-use approx. 5x10 cm (2x4 inch) label with a 45-day battery life after activation. It makes cargo theft easier to detect and faster to resolve, surfaces shipping exceptions before they become complaints and turns what was once a days-long dispute process into a same-day resolution.
Shipping teams manage the Tracking Label with the new Shipment Center, a centralised dashboard that shows all active shipments with location history, exception flags and an overlay of carrier scan events. In addition, the new Samsara Shipment App allows teams to scan any barcode – including bills of lading, carrier tracking numbers and warehouse licence plate numbers – automatically link it to an existing shipment ID.
