We are thrilled to announce that Samsara is rated No. 1 on G2’s Overall Grid Report^® for Fleet Management for the sixth consecutive quarter, sweeping the category with the top ranking across all segments: Overall, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small Business (SMB). Out of more than 200,000 products on G2, Samsara holds one of the top 10 highest G2 scores by product.

This ranking isn't just another accolade—it’s a reflection of actual customer reviews on G2, the world’s largest peer-to-peer review site. By securing the top spot on the Overall Grid for a year and a half straight, Samsara continues to outperform competitors like Motive, Geotab, and Verizon Connect in both customer satisfaction and market presence.

• Fleet Management sweep: Samsara holds the No. 1 rank across the Overall, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small-Business (SMB) Grid^® Reports for Fleet Management.

• Asset Tracking dominance: For the sixth consecutive quarter, Samsara achieved a clean sweep of this category, ranking No. 1 on the Overall, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB Grid^® Reports. We also ranked No. 1 on the Momentum report for Asset Tracking.

• Dominant G2 rating: Samsara commands an average 97.75 rating, outpacing Motive (92.25), Geotab (63), Lytx (52.25), and Verizon Connect (39.5).

• Leading customer satisfaction: Samsara earned an average 97.5 satisfaction score, significantly ahead of Motive (94), Geotab (43), Lytx (42.5), and Verizon Connect (14.25). We also achieved the No. 1 satisfaction rating for SMB and Enterprise, and tied for No. 1 in Mid-Market.

• Commanding market presence: With an average market presence score of 98.25, Samsara is the undisputed market leader across all segments compared to Motive (91), Geotab (82.5), Lytx (62.75), and Verizon Connect (64.25). 

• Confidence in product vision: Customers believe that Samsara is the right partner for the future. An average 94% agree the product is heading in the right direction, surpassing Motive (90%), Geotab (91%), Lytx (89%), and Verizon Connect (73%). This confidence also extends to our Fleet Maintenance (94%), Fleet Tracking (94%), and Trucking (94%) solutions.
