Qargo TMS

Qargo is a cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) that helps transport operators, forwarders, and logistics teams run their full workflow – from order to invoice – in one place. It covers order intake, planning and dispatch, execution and proof of delivery, and invoicing, with orders flowing in via email, EDI, API, CSV/file import, or portals, and supporting multi-leg, multi-modal transport across road, rail, and ferry.

The Qargo + Samsara integration brings Samsara's telematics data directly into Qargo's planning and execution workflows, giving dispatchers and planners live visibility without leaving the TMS. It currently supports:

• Live position tracking – vehicle location and last-known position are shown directly in the Qargo planning board, so dispatchers can track trips in real time.
• Temperature monitoring – temperature data from Samsara-equipped vehicles is surfaced in Qargo, useful for cold-chain and temperature-sensitive freight.
• Driver app linking – the Samsara Driver App can be linked to the Qargo Driver App and vice versa, connecting driver-facing workflows across both platforms.
• Driver hours – supported (currently confirmed for US operations; broader coverage pending engineering confirmation).
• Mileage and fuel level – vehicle mileage and fuel level data are supported.

Specific to FMS, our integration tracks:

• Dispatch trips from Qargo to Samsara (Driver App) – Qargo can dispatch a trip to either a vehicle or a driver (not both).
• Sync stop status + timestamps back into Qargo – Stop updates can come from the driver manually in Samsara or via geofencing in Samsara. You can choose what timestamps Samsara controls: all timestamps (arrival and departure), or arrival only, if you want drivers to complete stops in the Qargo mobile app.
• Question paths + document sync – Qargo supports syncing questions and documents submitted through Samsara forms back into Qargo.

By connecting Samsara's fleet data to Qargo's order-to-invoice platform, customers get a single view that combines operational planning with real-time vehicle and driver insight – reducing manual check-ins and improving visibility across the transport lifecycle.
