Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, EMEA
The people on the frontlines are the backbone of our world’s operations. They keep roads safe, infrastructure running, and teams moving forward—all with skill, resilience, and heart.
At Samsara, we work every day to elevate these essential workers, making their jobs safer and easier. Now, we’re excited to share stories from the field, starting with Lee Cook, a Compliance Manager at one of the UK’s leading infrastructure services companies, FM Conway.
Lee began his career as a Drainage Operative and worked his way up into compliance management. Today, he’s known for more than just his title—he’s known for how he leads. Lee brings empathy, consistency, and care to everything he does, from safety checks in the yard to coaching conversations with his team.
In his off time, Lee trains as a boxer, and that discipline shapes his mindset both in and out of the ring. Boxing has helped him navigate personal struggles, and that same strength and structure helps him support others both at work and at home—especially when it comes to mental health.
“I just want to help people—not because it's my job but because I actually do generally care.” – Lee Cook
In partnership with Samsara, Lee can act on that duty of care, using real-time data to spot risks, coach drivers, and make sure every team member gets home safe.
Lee’s story is a powerful reminder that safety isn’t just a policy—it’s personal.
