2022 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Report

This is the second edition of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) report. This report takes a critical look at our year over year improvement both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. Having this comprehensive understanding of our current state, both what we are doing well, and where we need to improve, will better equip us to identify and address the needs of our employees and help us progress towards our goals. It also includes our inclusion-focused programs and initiatives, and targets we will look to accomplish in the future.
