Transpoworks CabSupport

CabSupport combines a driver tablet app with a web dashboard to provide a remote support and screen-sharing utility optimized for low data usage.

The CabSupport app (which includes a home screen call widget) allows drivers to request support, accept or decline incoming calls, and optionally allow a dashboard user to view and control their screen.

The web dashboard allows support agents to view support requests, monitor when a driver is safely available for a call, view their assigned vehicle, place calls to the driver, and optionally see and control the driver’s tablet.
