To support their technicians, Cardinal Plumbing invested in Samsara vehicle gateways and dash cams to gain visibility into their fleet operations, streamline maintenance, and protect brand reputation while on the road. Since then, the company has grown quickly, expanding its fleet from 10 to 14 vehicles, and adding heating and cooling services to its offerings.

Due to the nature of the business, Cardinal Plumbing manages several types of inquiries: requests for services scheduled out weeks in advance, jobs with 1-2 day notice, and emergency requests.
