Submit a support ticket

For the fastest response, please submit a case online. Log in to your Samsara account, click on Support, and click on Submit a Case.


Call/Email Support

Due to the ELD Mandate, we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume. To address your questions as quickly as possible, we recommend submitting a support ticket through the dashboard. You can also find your Priority Support Number for faster response by clicking on the Support link at the top of the page in the dashboard.
